Your Journey to Wholeness & Well-Being

begins here

Do me a favor, please?

Exhale

Take a moment to truly exhale. Not an exasperated sigh you let out somewhere between the second meeting and the third text you haven't answered yet. But a full enough exhale to remind your body that you're still in there.

You are doing well, by most measures. You've come far, and you've built something real — a career, a life, a reputation for showing up. Your loved ones wouldn't describe you as someone who is struggling. And in a lot of ways, they would be right.

But they're not in your head, your heart, or your body. You are.

You've been running on a deficit, and you know it. Split across all your roles, but giving everyone,  including yourself, about 60% at best, not because you don't care, but because there is only so much of you to go around. There's a version of yourself you keep meaning to get back to, that you want to keep tending to.

Whether you want to feel more consistent with your spiritual practices or reclaim the joy, playfulness, and creativity that feel just slightly out of reach. We'll start with whatever part of you that requires more of you.

Your wholing work starts with you.

MEMBERSHIP COMMUNITY

The Altar

A COMMUNITY FOR BLACK WOMEN BRIDGING FAITH, SPIRITUALITY, AND WELLNESS

The Reclamation

The Altar is a membership community — not a coaching container — designed to help Black women bridge faith, spirituality, and wellness as a way to discover the Divine in daily life. We listen, learn, share, reflect, integrate, and support each other as we do all of the above. I hold your hand as you lead yourself. As Nene Leakes said, we see each other. We do not judge, shade, or gossip. We educate and edify.

No one is better than, further along, or ahead of the other. We are a supporting circle of depth, a cypha, that holds you as you move through the interconnected levels of your life's spiritual double helix.

We are not clinical health. Therapy for Black Girls and the Loveland Foundation have got you covered. We are not church. We are like Earthseed. Thank you, Ms. Butler. We are a regenerative community of Black women who love themselves, love God (The Divine, Source, The Creator, The Supreme Being)  and are on the way to unapologetically loving who they're becoming.

What's included: Waiting to Exhale sleepover laughter, Victoria Monét-level self-hyping, Beyoncé "I'ma ah-diva" confidence, and junior high school best friend realness, authenticity, and comfort. We meet formally once a month (think virtual brunch), yap it up, get into a wellness practice in support of that month's theme, integrate it over the course of the month, and encourage each other along the way. The Altar is the community companion to the Even in the Small Things podcast.R
