The foundation of this work
MY PHILOSOPHY
We were not created to be fragmented.
And yet, through systems built on separation, exclusion, and the forced suppression of our full humanity, we have been forced to fragment parts of ourselves to be deemed worthy, valuable, important, or respected. This forced fragmentation leads to fractures — in our bodies, in our spirits, and in the cultures and organizations we exist in daily.
My work exists to address these fractures at two ends: the individual and the institutional. Healing, coming into wholeness, is never just personal. It is collective. And inclusion, the welcoming of our wholeness, should never just be theoretical.
Wholeness should be lived, embodied, and safeguarded so that we can collectively thrive in the way we were divinely designed to — in service to the highest good of all.
