Wholeness isn’t something you earn.
It’s what you reclaim.
Do me a favor, please?
Exhale
Take a moment to truly exhale. Not an exasperated sigh you let out somewhere between the second meeting and the third text you haven't answered yet. But a full enough exhale to remind your body that you're still in there.
You are doing well, by most measures. You've built your own reality: a career, a life, a reputation for showing up. But now, your roles have multiplied, and the version of yourself you keep meaning to get back to feels just slightly out of reach.
Maybe you're just beginning to name what's missing, whether it’s a more consistent spiritual practice or a sense of peace that doesn't depend on productivity. Or, maybe you've been at this long enough to know exactly what needs to shift, and you're ready for a container that can hold the depth and complexity of your becoming.
Whether you're looking for community, personalized coaching, or a custom session, the work is the same: returning to yourself so you can lead, build, rest, and care for yourself with intention.
Your wholing work starts with you.
WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
HYBRID PERSONAL COACHING
The Reclamation is a 9-month hybrid coaching experience for mid-to-senior level Black women professionals who have built meaningful, successful lives—and look like they have it all together (and mostly do) but have been giving everyone, including themselves, about 60% at best.
You've mastered how to show up, deliver, lead, and hold it all together. But somewhere along the way, you lost access to your own rhythm, your own truth, your own sense of wholeness.
Your relationship with God feels distant. Your joy, playfulness, and creativity feel buried. You've tried the apps, the therapy, the weekend retreats, none of which stuck when life started life-ing.
This is where we begin again.
Through my proprietary blend of the Sacred, the Somatic, and the Scientific, The Reclamation supports you in disentangling from patterns of overextension, overperformance, and external validation and returning to a way of living and leading that actually feels like yours. We will stop the leak and rebuild a practice of operating from a full and protected cup.
We begin with a comprehensive intake process that helps me understand who you are across the full landscape of your life. From there, I design a personalized experience that meets you where you are—and gently, but directly, challenges where you're ready to grow.
This is a hybrid container. We gather virtually for tailored wellness practices and come together once a month with your cohort for a group accountability session. Between connection points, you'll have access to tools, practices, and direct support to help you stay connected to what you’re reclaiming.
WITH MY SUPPORT YOU WILL
Reconnect with your own rhythm and stop moving at an externally driven pace.
Rebuild a daily, embodied faith and spirituality practice that fits your life.
Reclaim your joy, creativity, and sovereignty, and live from personal alignment instead of people-pleasing.
Rediscover who you are beyond the titles and roles you occupy.

MEMBERSHIP COMMUNITY
A COMMUNITY FOR BLACK WOMEN BRIDGING FAITH, SPIRITUALITY, AND WELLNESS
The Altar is a healing-centered membership community for Black women who want a faith that feels like home, a body that feels inhabitable, and a life that reflects deeper partnership with God. It is the community companion to my podcast, Even in the Small Things, where we move beyond listening into reflection, practice, and integration.
Each month, we gather around a spiritual theme through a live virtual gathering, guided reflection, journaling prompts, embodied practices like breathwork and meditation, and ongoing community conversation. It’s virtual brunch energy meets devotional depth, designed to help you live what you’re learning in real time.
This is not church, not therapy, and not a coaching container. It’s a regenerative, liberatory space where Black women who love God, in whatever language feels most true to them, can exhale, be honest, and be supported as they become who they’re becoming.
Inside The Altar, you’ll experience:
A guided space for intentional inner work and honest spiritual reflection
Book and text study shaped by womanist thought, Black liberation traditions, and mindful practice
Breathwork, meditation, and somatic grounding to support integration and embodied presence
Sisterhood, gentle accountability, and live community space
Space for faith reconstruction and co-creating your life with the Divine
Launching Fall 2026
THE PODCAST
Even in the Small Things invites you to remember that the Divine is never far from you, but rather, within you. Through honest reflections and sacred storytelling, each episode helps you see how the Divine is ever-present in every element of everyday life. This is a space to learn how to reconnect with God—by first reconnecting with the God in you. It’s Sunday Service, girl talk, and you time—all wrapped in one.
Listen for candid, spirit-led conversations on faith, career, creativity, purpose, entrepreneurship, parenting, and, of course, Black womanhood.
